Resolv Health, Flywheel accelerator alumni, exits stage left

Flywheel program alumni Resolv Health has recently become Flywheel’s first portfolio company to exit the startup space.

On May 23rd, Resolv was officially acquired by Mindfully, a mental health service-provider based out of Fairfield, Ohio.

In 2019, Moxie Girl, as they were known then, participated in Flywheel’s fourth cohort of the social impact accelerator program, Elevator. They provided an online platform for strengthening girls’ mental health through a peer support infrastructure. After going through the program, Moxie Girl received the first investment from Miami University’s Social Impact Fund.

With the onset of the pandemic, Resolv was able to expand its platform and provide mental health support to all teens, reaching thousands through public schools, healthcare systems, and parents and guardians. They provide four unique services designed to address common teen challenges such as stress, anxiety, and identity.

Founder and CEO Lysida Henshaw sees the merger as a win, not just for Resolv but for her clients.  “We are truly one destination for all mental health services,” said Henshaw.  Mindfully brings a network of skilled counselors, nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists in addition to peer support.

“While the name of our business will be different, the peer support services our clients have come to know and expect will remain the same.  Our commitment to happier minds will be enhanced with Mindfully.”
