Entrepreneur Energy is Contagious Coach at Your Own Risk

I’m going to let you in on a secret that every Flywheel coach already knows.  If you want to feel inspired and energized, there is nothing in a bottle or a pill that will make you more optimistic about the future than coaching an entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurs are driven, creative, gutsy, inspired, dedicated, versatile, resourceful, and clever.  They connect dots, take risks, cultivate relationships, clear obstacles, find bright spots, and put themselves fully out there, while generously supporting each other with care, connections, and friendship

Entrepreneurs in the Flywheel, Elevate Equity accelerator take it a step further. They lead with their heart, they believe in the potential of all people, and they are defenders of those who need to be seen. They are doers, they humbly serve, and they are called to make a difference in our community. It will rub off on you and fill you with energy and purpose.

If your career has gone well but you are asking yourself, how you can make a difference, consider being a coach for an Elevate Equity entrepreneur. Our founders have a full tank of dedication and are ready to take your insights and encouragement and turn it into community impact.

What Makes a Good Coach

We look for coaches with business experience. Some of our coaches have started or run their own business. Some are retired but others are busy career people who have a bit of control and flexibility with their schedules. We have a particular need for coaches that reflect the diversity of our Elevate Equity founders.

What Do Coaches Do

Coaches serve as sounding boards and connectors. They are not consultants. We build coaching teams of 2-3 with expertise in several areas. Coaching teams set weekly meetings with their founder at a time and place that is mutually convenient for all. We encourage meeting in person but a mix of virtual meetings is fine. Coaches also have one short virtual Monday afternoon check-in meeting each week with the Flywheel program team to share notes and stay aligned with the week’s objectives. Since you have company, if you can’t make every meeting, it all works out. Coaches are welcome to join our Monday workshops and hear what our experts are teaching but that’s completely voluntary.
